Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Our country selector includes other countries for address entry, but shipping is available only to the stated delivery area.
Shipping cost
All orders to our delivery area receive free standard shipping. There is one shipping method and no minimum order value.
Handling and transit
Free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; not a delivery guarantee.
Order cutoff and business days
Our daily cutoff is 7:00 PM Central Standard Time, fixed at GMT−06:00 throughout the year, without daylight saving changes. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter handling that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter handling on the next business day.
