What are the mouse pads made from?
A printed polyester fabric surface, rubber backing and stitched edges. All designs are 3 mm thick. They do not contain lighting or electronic parts.
Which size should I choose?
Standard measures 450 × 400 mm. Extended measures 900 × 400 mm. Measure your desk and the space needed for your keyboard and mouse before choosing.
How should I care for my mouse pad?
Spot-clean the printed polyester surface with a soft cloth, cold water and a small amount of mild detergent. Wipe away residue and air-dry flat. Do not soak, machine-wash, tumble-dry, bleach or iron. Keep the stitched edge and rubber backing away from prolonged heat.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; not a delivery guarantee. U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes are excluded.
How are business days counted?
Our daily cutoff is 7:00 PM Central Standard Time, fixed at GMT−06:00 throughout the year, without daylight saving changes. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter handling that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter handling on the next business day.
Can I return my mouse pad?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us for authorization before returning to our France address. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover return shipping for our errors, damage or defects. No restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
After approval, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
