Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, the mouse pad must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Obtain return authorization and address confirmation before sending the item. Our return address is haventique, 3 Erik Satie, Solazur, 65000 Tarbes, France. Returns are sent to France even when the original delivery was in the United States.
Return shipping and fees
For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping cost to France. If we sent the wrong item, or an item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We will explain the appropriate return and resolution steps.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need assistance checking an approved refund.
